A Good Rule of Thumb

I saw this quote by Charlotte Dellal in the October 2010 issue of Vogue today and I thought, 'what a good rule of thumb!'

I'm sure "a bit of glamour" means something totally different for Ms. Dellal than it does for most of us. No matter, we all have that one necklace or bracelet, that one pair of earrings or shoes, that one stick of red lipstick or lovely smelling perfume that we never have anywhere to wear it to. I know I do. This week I'm going to use that one glamorous thing that I never get to use, even if it's to the grocery store!
